Shipping Policy


Fotoframe is pleased to offer UPS and Canpar shipping services.

Our in-stock product orders are shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST, over a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day. If we need to special order or custom order an item we will you contact via e-mail with an expected time of arrival within 24hours of ordering.


Canada: Standard shipping (3-5 business day) starts at $14.99*

International: We currently do not offer any International Shipping.

* Before taxes, shipped via Canada Post, excluding bulky or heavy items. All shipping to Labrador may require additional charges that will be added with your approval prior to shipping.

Signature Required Policy: By default, for our customers convenience, standard shipments do not require a signature. On request you will be provided with tracking information. All non-signature required shipments are the responsibility of the receiving party. If you prefer to have signature request, please contact us by email immediately after you place your order. Be sure to include the order# in your email with your request. We will be happy to add a signature request to your shipment.


P.O. BOX – We do not ship merchandise to any P.O. Box.


Shipping Delays – Any delay that is the result of the selected shipping company is not the responsibility of Fotoframe. Please be aware that delays can and do happen. You will be provided with tracking information and any delays can be taken up with the shipping company.


Return Policy


Refunds may be redeemed within 7 days of purchase. No refunds on cameras, lenses or any product with damaged packaging. No refunds on custom printing & framing orders. Exchange or credit only within 30 days. All sales final on sale items.

  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded unless item is deemed defective.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is deemed defective.
  • Original receipt must be present.
